How much do the Virtual Office Builder services cost?

Are there per transaction fees?
No. Unlike services offered by other companies, Industry Access does NOT charge a fee for each real estate transaction that goes through the system.

Is there a one time set up fee or annual maintenance fee?
No.

Is there a long-term contract when I sign up for Virtual Office Builder services?
There is no obligation to sign up for a long term contract, except for the Bronze Package. You can sign up on a month-to-month basis. However, yearly subscribers get discounts or other offers including lump-sum fax pages and voice minutes.

 

Unlimited Promotions FAQ?

Unlimited  plan accounts are for one (1) active licensed real estate agent only. Accounts cannot be shared. Incoming calls into the call capture system are unlimited. Outbound forwarding calls longer than 2 minutes are subject to 5 cents a minute rate .  The fax service cannot be used as a scanner.


How do I cancel my subscription?
To cancel, you must provide written notice of your cancellation before 5:00pm Pacific Standard Time of the last day of your subscription term. If you don't cancel, then your subscription will automatically renew for the next term on the same terms. Your credit card will automatically be charged on the first day of the renewal term. Can I pay you with a paper check?
No. To manage our accounting, we require all users to pay with a credit card. We accept Visa, MasterCard, American Express, and Discover.

 

If I have my own web site, can I still use the Virtual Office Builder?
Yes. You can either place a link on your website to a generic log on page, or you can have your users log in at www.vobre.com. You can still private label the Transaction Management System, including the client login, with your logo, photo, and company colors.

 

How many users to an account?

One active licensed real estate agent only.


Can I subscribe a la carte to the individual services of the Virtual Office Builder?
No, except for the Elite Fax Package, which includes e-faxing and the TMS only. The real power of Virtual Office Builder is based on the seamless integration of all its component business services.

If I run out of my allotted fax pages and voice minutes, can I buy more?
Yes. A block of 100 fax pages costs $10.00. A block of 100 voice minutes costs $10.00.

Do uploaded documents count toward the number of fax pages I have used?
No. In fact, we recommend that users get scanners so that they can upload .pdf documents directly into the system. Agents should also ask their vendors to upload documents directly into the transaction folders. This is a good way to maximize your fax minutes.

 

 

What do you mean by lump-sum voice minutes and fax pages?
By paying a year in advance, your monthly fax pages and voice minutes are multiplied by 12.  You are given them as a lump-sum to be used how you want and when you want throughout the year.  For instance, with the Yearly Bronze Package, you get 1,200 anytime fax pages and 1,200 anytime voice minutes.  

If I use all of my allotted fax pages and voice minutes without knowing it, will my fax and voice services automatically stop?
No. Your credit card on file will automatically be charged for the additional blocks of voice minutes and fax pages.

Do unused voice minutes and fax pages that I get with the purchase of a block of minutes and pages roll-over to the next month?
Yes. Purchased blocks of minutes and fax pages continue to roll-over until you use all of them or until your subscription ends, whichever occurs first.
